Welcome to Pixel! By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations when using Pixel.

1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Pixel.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share within Pixel, including images, profiles, projects, and offers.

• Do not post copyrighted, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material.
• Pixel reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

3. Professional Conduct

All professionals using Pixel must truthfully represent their skills and services. Misrepresentation, fraud, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Platform Use & Liability

Pixel serves as a platform to connect professionals with clients but does not guarantee the outcome of any project or transaction. You acknowledge that:

• Pixel is not responsible for payments, project outcomes, or disputes between users.
• We strongly recommend written agreements for engagements between professionals and clients.

5. Content Rights

By uploading content to Pixel, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, share, and promote it within the App, always with attribution. You retain full ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Pixel for:

• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Illegal activities or unauthorized purposes.
• Collecting or misusing user data without consent.
• Distributing malware, harmful code, or attempting to hack Pixel systems.

7. Account Termination

Pixel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice. Users may also request account deletion via the App.

8. Changes & Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Continued use of Pixel after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
